Pick a time online, or call me. Tell me what’s going on, in your own words. The first 15-minute call is free.

I visit your home at a time that suits you. If it’s easier, I can help by phone or video call.

I fix it, set it up, or teach you how. Before I leave, I write down simple steps for you to keep.

Helping a parent from far away?
You can book help for a parent, grandparent, or friend. I visit them, help them in person, and — with their permission — let you know how it went.

I’m Gabriel Mann. I started GLM Digital Consulting to be the patient, local person you can call. When you call, you reach me — not a call center — and I already know your setup, so you never have to explain it twice.

Do you come to my home?
Yes. I visit homes in Farmington Hills and across Metro Detroit. If you prefer, I can also help by phone or video call.
How much does it cost?
The first 15-minute phone call is free. After that, I charge by the hour in 15-minute steps. Home visits have a 1-hour minimum, and help by phone or video has a 30-minute minimum. I tell you the rate before I start.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. I reply within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday. For urgent help outside these hours, call me. If I can help, after-hours time costs 1.5 times the normal rate.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong?
That’s fine — that’s my job. Tell me what you see on the screen, or what stopped working, and I’ll find the cause.
Can I book for my mom, dad, or a friend?
Yes. Book online or call me, and tell me who the help is for. With their permission, I can keep you updated after each visit.
Will you try to sell me things?
No. I don’t work for a store or a brand. I recommend only what you need, and many problems don’t need anything new.
Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes. Security comes first in everything I do. I only open what I need to fix the problem, and I ask before I touch anything personal. You stay in charge of your passwords.
Do you help small businesses too?
Yes. I set up and look after computers, email, Wi-Fi, and security for offices with fewer than 20 people.
